How do I cancel my membership?

We'll that's an easy one!

If you are on autopay we request 30-days notice as per our standing policies.

Submit a ticket to Plexus Pilates Support Desk or send an email to support@plexuspilates.zendesk.com (be sure to register).

We'll "de-commission" your account and inform you by email or telephone.

Thank you for being part of the Plexus tribe. Come back and see us again!

The request to cancel my membership has already been submitted.  I am just verifying it from my home computer.  I will be out of the country from Aug. 8 to Sept. 10!
