Submit a ticket to Plexus Pilates Support Desk or send an email to email@example.com (be sure to register).
We'll "de-commission" your account and inform you by email or telephone.

The request to cancel my membership has already been submitted. I am just verifying it from my home computer. I will be out of the country from Aug. 8 to Sept. 10!
